Moving for Better Balance

This program teaches participants balance skills and good body alignment by using coordinated and flowing movements.  This course is designed for community-dwelling older adults aged 55 and older, who can walk easily without assistive devices.  Participants will feel stronger, have better balance, greater flexibility, and feel more confident after completing this Tai Chi program.  This is a 10-week program Free to members and registration is required.
