Of course, jeans provide an analogy for the plateau that our body experiences when we have a habitual pattern of doing the same workout.  Every.Single.Day.

  1. ZUMBA®

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Zumba® is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning class that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.  3. Cycling/Spinning

Get in gear! On stationary bikes, journey through mixed terrains (hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training) to the rhythm of powerful music.
