November has come to an end but you know what that means? It’s the most wonderful time of the year! That’s right, its December. Bring on the Christmas movies, hot cocoa and burning fire places. As easy as it is to lose motivation during these cold months, remember not to!
The holiday season should not be an excuse to slack off when it comes to exercising and eating healthy. The cold weather is not an excuse to skip days at the Y. Come down and warm up by trying a new spin class or swimming laps in the pool. Whatever it is, don’t forget to do it!
