Like I said before, practicing mindfulness is so important for your health.  Mental and spiritual health is just as important as physical. Your brain is a muscle that needs to be exercised just like the rest in your body. It is arguably the most important to exercise. Practicing meditation helps with so much such as:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Blood Pressure
  • Heart Disease
  • Eating Disorders
  • Addiction

These are just a few of the many positive outcomes of mediation. Everyone should take at least 5 minutes from their morning and night routine and dedicate it to meditation.
