Wholewheat Sugar Cookies: There are many different recipes for wholewheat cookies on the internet but these are perfect for making your favorite holiday cut-outs. The ingredients are simple and clean. All you need to make these delectable cookies is:

1 1/4 cups wholewheat flour

1/4 cups almond flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 ounces unsalted butter, softened

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1/3 cup light brown sugar

1 egg white

1 1/14 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon pure almond extract
