YMCA Camp Sherwin officially open and is accepting reservations for the 2024 Season.

Please note that holiday reservations require a three night minimum.

Be sure to check your reservation for required digital signatures to confirm your reservation prior to arrival.

The Y has added an extra security measure for our guests and childcare children with safety in mind. We have installed a security access gate for entry and exit to Camp Sherwin. On the top of your electronic reservation confirmation is a PIN#. You will use this unique PIN# to open the gate upon your arrival.

Season Information

Summer Season: Memorial Day — Labor Day

Spring Season: April 15th — Memorial Day

Fall Season: Labor Day — Nov 10th (Full Hook Ups Available)

Winter Season: Nov 10th — April 14th (No Water Available)

Pool & Spray & Play Hours

Memorial Day — Labor Day weather permitting
Camp Sherwin Weather-Related Pool Rule: The pool will not be opened until the air temperature is above 68 degrees. (We use the weather channel app) If pool staff see lightning or hear thunder, for everyone’s safety, the pool must be shut down. A minimum of 30 minutes without lightning or thunder is required before re-opening. *During adverse weather conditions or poor attendance, pool supervisors reserve the right to close early.* Please call ahead if in doubt (814) 774-9416.

Cancellation Policy

NOTE: There will be no refunds outside of this cancellation policy including weather related cancellations.

Cabins

If more than 30 days notice is given, 75% of your payment will be refunded.
If a 10 – 30-day notice is given, a 50% refund will be granted.
There is no refund if less than ten (10) days notice is given.

Tents/RV Site

If more than a 30 days notice is given, 90% of your payment will be refunded.
If a 10-30 day notice is given, a 75% refund will be granted.
There is no refund if less than ten (10) days notice is given.

Halls/Pavilion

If cancellation is made prior to 90 days of the event, you may be eligible for a refund up to 50% of the hall rental.

(NOTE: There will be no refunds outside of this cancellation policy which includes weather-related cancellations).

Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid or a reservation credit can be issued toward a future stay. All refunds processes via credit/debit card will be processes back to the original credit/debit card used. NO exceptions.
