Cardio

Combines strength-training and cardio bursts so you incinerate major calories while you tone!

All members must sign a waiver before entering the facility.

FIERCE/Cardio Endurance:  You will build stamina, strength, blast fat, optimize cardio-respiratory fitness and minimize stress of exercise on aging joints!  (45 min)  ALL LEVELS

HIIT – Timed periods of work and rest to maximize your fitness benefits. (30 min)  INTERMEDIATE

P90X:  A high intensity total body workout with cardio, strength training and core work.

Cardio Mash Up:  High energy HIIT and Circuit. Offered ON DEMAND 

Kids SURGE:  Simplified moves, games, group fitness for youth.  Offered ON DEMAND
