Mindful Living Presentation – Embrace Life One Moment At A Time
Mindful Living is a “way of being”. It involves integrating mindfulness into our lives so that we can experience meaningful moments while we move through the situations that can cause stress, pain, and suffering.
The Mindful Living Program will include components of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindful Self Compassion (MSC), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
