Join Highmark QUAD Coordinator Kelly Latimer and special guests for group rides and training tips in preparation for the QUAD Bike event on Saturday, July 9. Rides will be catered to all fitness levels – beginner, intermediate and advanced. Riders will have the option to ride the QUAD course at a casual pace or complete a workout geared towards building speed for the QUAD Bike event.

These training rides are free and open to the public – whether registered for the QUAD or not.  Riders just wanting to compete in the QUAD Bike as a single event instead of completing the entire QUAD are welcome too.

Must have own bike and helmet.

Schedule: Mondays, June 13, 20, 27@ 6p.m. sharp. Meet at Edinboro University, Perry Lane (next to football stadium).  We will depart promptly at 6 p.m. so please arrive early.

The Highmark QUAD Games is a four-season fitness event for individuals and families.  Individual events held throughout the year include a 100-yard swim, 12-mile bike, 5-mile/5K run/walk and a 2.5-mile ski/showshoe for adults and shorter distances for kids in the Highmark QUAD Kids sponsored by Wegmans.
