Join the Masala Bhangra Ambassador team by taking this unique training. Masala Bhangra is the first Indian-inspired dance and fitness program that is ACE, AFAA and AFLCA approved! This workout provides overall toning and body conditioning and builds up endurance, stamina and balance. It is as much fun as it is rigorous. Participants burn over 500 calories per workout! Classes are easy to follow and can be modified making it accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels.
Masala Bhangra Level 1 trainees can expect:
8 hours (1) day training on how to teach the dance, 8 CEUs through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), 1.2 CEUs through ACE (American Council of Exercise), Masala Bhangra training Manual via email and Masala Bhangra Video and Music.
