The winter months provide a perfect time to add swimming to your fitness routine and cross-train. Join Y staff for a series of training and conditioning swims designed to help you build speed and endurance as well as fine-tune your technique. Classes geared towards swimmers that are training for the upcoming Highmark QUAD and area tri-athalon season.
Session led by Lynn Fallon. With 17 years of swim instruction experience along with, 4 years assistant coach experience and 3 years of head coach experience, Lynn Fallon, will help you improve your stroke and strengthen your endurance in order for you to successfully complete your upcoming swim event.
