Youth Sports GroupYMCA Youth Sports places a priority on family involvement and healthy competition rather than rivalry.  They teach the value of participation over winning, team-building as well as individual development, a positive self-image and a sense of fair play and mutual respect for others.

Love Sports? Become a Youth Sports Volunteer Coach!  We are always in need of great coaches willing to make a difference in the lives of today’s youth.  Your time is our most valuable asset.  Volunteer coaches lead players through drills and games that build skills, develop coordination and enhance a love of the game.  Contact Shane Quigley for more information.

As a parent, you are making lots of choices for your kids.  By choosing YMCA Youth Sports, you are choosing a program that puts more emphasis on confidence than score, character than winning and fun than competition. There are no try-outs and no one gets cut from the team.

Everyone who registers is assigned to a team and all players have the opportunity for equal playing time in games, teaching kids valuable social and teamwork skills.  All players participate throughout practices and games.  This keeps players physically active, increases their ability, develops communication, and boosts their technical skills.
