Kickboxing

TurboKick:  is an interval based, full body workout that begins with a sport-specific warm-up, then follows with fast-paced easy to follow kickboxing combinations.  All Levels.

Cardio Kickboxing:  Jab, upper cut, hook and kick!  An action-packed, non-contact workout that combines elements of boxing, martial arts and cardiovascular exercise to provide overall physical conditioning & toning.  Offered ON DEMAND

Youth Kickboxing: This class is open to youth ages 6 & up.

Mixed Martial Arts: For adults, 18 years and older, this 8 week program will provide levels of self defense, basic grappling, striking, blocking, and stances. All of this will culminate in a full body workout, as you train cardio, strength, flexibility, and mobility. Y Members Only.
