Neurodiverse Fitness

Health and wellness is for EVERYONE, regardless of the things that make you different. These classes keep in mind the sensitivities of these participants, while still getting them engaged in movement and socialization.

KIDS INCLUSIVE YOGA: This class is designed for children of ALL abilities ages 5-12.  This class utilizes child friendly visual aids, songs, games, sensory supports, and other modifications to help make learning yoga fun and accessible for any child! Y Members FREE/Community $5 per class.

SOLE STRIDERS: Sole Striders is a walking group that will meet every week to encourage socialization and active movement on our 3R walking track.
