BEGINNER YOGA: Discover basic yoga poses, body alignment, breathing and safety techniques in this introductory course. This class is perfect for beginners, or those returning to practice after some time. BEGINNER – Also offered on YMCA360

ESSENTIAL YOGA: Find balance by moving through a series of vinyasa-style movements to energize the body followed by gentle poses held for longer periods to relax and restore the body.

GENTLE YOGA: Balance your body in this slower-paced class focusing on gentle and restorative movements.  ALL LEVELS – Also offered on YMCA360

LIVING A COURSE IN MIRACLES:  Join us in awakening to a new vision of how things truly are and learn of the miraculous power of shifting perception from the heart. We celebrate the miracle of life through meditation, music, energy healing and discussion on A Course in Miracles. Our discussion centers aroung what blocks the awareness of Divine Love and how to lift this veil. ALL LEVELS

MINDFUL STRETCHING:  A form of stretching using breath work and easy yoga poses to generate awareness of body and mind and the connection between the two. ALL LEVELS 

MORNING STRETCH: This class is a full body stretch and flexibility work to help you improve your flexibility and core muscle strength while also focusing on proper body alignment, breathing, and relaxation. ALL LEVELS – also offered on YMCA360

PILATES:  Time to optimize your body awareness and good posture while increasing core strength, flexibility, and agility. Pilates class will focus on flexibility, control and breath while emphasizing proper alignment and core strength. ALL LEVELS – Also offered on YMCA360

PILATES FUSION:  A combo of styles-including barre, yoga, strength training, cardio, and dance. ALL LEVELS – Also offered on YMCA360

REIKI CLINIC: Receive a 15-minute hands-on Reiki energy treatment from certified practioners. Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique which reduces pain and stress and also promotes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. There are no side-effects; you just feel wonderful! WALK-INS ONLY – ALL LEVELS

RESTORATIVE YOGA:  A restorative yoga class which focuses on breathing into gentle stretches and relaxing the body to restore your Mind, Body and Soul. ALL LEVELS – Also offered on YMCA360

SOULfusion: A creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and body weight and weighted strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music. Modifications for all levels. SOULfusion improves strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. ALL LEVELS

TAI CHI FOR HEALTH:  Take part in this unique martial art for all ages and levels, and enhance concentration, posture and level of energy. ALL LEVELS – offered on YMCA360.
