This 8-week fitness session designed to build leg strength, core stability and balance with a primary focus on lower body, power and and core stability. Conquer the slopes with confidence this winter by building a mountain ready body that transforms your winter fitness, giving you the power to Ski longer, carve sharper and finish the day without the leg burn.
