Help kids grow in confidence, one trick at a time!

Join “Close up magician” Joe Hohman, self-described as “friendly, funny, and frequently astonishing” , in these beginner magic sessions sure to amaze!

Cost includes a book and materials (coins or cards). Registration closes one week before session starts to allow for ordering of materials. Ages 12 – adult.

What might you do with four child-free hour less than  two weeks before Christmas? Finish up some shopping, start some baking, wrap some gifts, or maybe just take a bubble bath? Well, now’s your chance to make it happen!

Kid Zone and Child Care staff are planning a fun afternoon with movies, crafts, board games, and activities for kids ages 3 – 10. We’ll also have pizza, Christmas Cookies, cocoa, and a visitor from the North Pole! Kids will make up official wish lists (we’ll be on hand to help the little ones) to give to Kris Kringle, who is scheduled to make an appearance sometime during the afternoon. We’ll return the wish lists to parents in Top Secret envelopes as a keepsake, along with small polaroid Santa pics.

Parents’ Night Out or Day Out is the perfect opportunity for your children to have a fun time with friends while you run errands, go on a date, or take some time for yourself! The Y’s enthusiastic staff will guide your children through fun activities that may include arts and crafts, movement-based games, movies, healthy snack-making, and more.

Come join us while we prepare to celebrate the Easter Holiday. Activities include egg coloring, egg hunting, gym time, and a movie. Participants will be served pizza for dinner upon arrival.

Bring your kids ages 8 – 12 to a fun-filled slime-making class! They’ll learn how to make colorful, squishy slime using safe, non-toxic ingredients. Parents welcome!

Free for kids on a family membership, $15 for non-members. Advance registration required.

No matter if there’s a chill in the air, it’s always warm at the pool! Kids can have fun on the indoor slide at the small (warm) pool (subject to lifeguard availability).. Anyone using the slide must have passed the Deep Water Test, so be sure to get your green band!

We understand it ‘s hard to find open gym play time for kids and families. That’s why we are taking a few nights and designating the gym a “NO PICKUP BALL ZONE”, reserving it for families and youth up to age 17. Registration is not required.

No games, just fun!

What’s better than having family time? How about using that family time to learn and play America’s fastest-growing sport!

This event is specifically for families and youth ages 5 to 18. Youth ages 5 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult. The first hour is instruction – i you are interested in learning how to play, please register, as space is limited. The second hour is open play.
