REGISTER HERE FOR ALL 5 WORKSHOPS ($25.00 each) AND RECEIVE ONE OF THEM FREE!  A Series of Five Workshops to learn how to incorporate mindfulness, balance and abundance into your everyday life. Workshops will introduce techniques to be more present, reduce stress, find emotional balance, create space for gratitude and obtain better alignment.

Session 1 – 10/5/2019: Mindful Meditation: Learn the basic principles of mindfulness meditation and have the opportunity to practice a number of meditative techniques including cultivating awareness and focusing attention on breath.

Session 2 – 10/19/2019: Tap In – EFT Tapping: Learn the science and principles that make Tapping a simple and effective stress management tool. EFT Tapping involves tapping on energy meridians while reciting simple scripts designed to rewire your brain’s stress response.

Session 3 – 11/2/2019: Journaling: Use simple journaling techniques and prompts to redefine priorities, track throughts, map out ideas, capture dreams and more.

Session 4 – 11/16/19: Clear Clutter, Create Space: Develop strategies to restore balance in your life by reducing or eliminating your physical, emotional and mental clutter.

Session 5 – 11/30/2019: Vision Boards: Learn the science and principles that make a vision board a powerful and effective tool to help you manifest your best life. Supplies Included
