2025 was a busy year of repairs, updates and improvements at the YMCA of Greater Erie. You may have noticed new concrete, improved climate control, or parking lot updates. We also addressed roofing needs and other mechanical issues around the association.
In total, your Annual Maintenance Fee helped support $680,000 in facility projects and $500,000 in new fitness equipment in 2025.
And there’s more to come. This year, look for gym and studio floors to be refinished, HVAC units to be updated, and indoor pool updates to be addressed, among other projects.
A special thank you to our property maintenance team for all their hard work to identify, address and secure these projects. Our facilities are safer and stronger because of them.
As a reminder, the annual maintenance fee will be drafted this year on March 20, 2026. The $25 fee is charged to each circle (not each member).
