What better place to have a birthday party for kids than the YMCA? We’ve got birthday party fun down to an art and our facility is a giant playground for kids eager to run, climb, swim and play (and eat cake, of course!)

Party times are up to 2.5 hours and can include a variety of combinations from reserved swimming and gym time to planned youth activities/games and, if at YMCA Camp Sherwin– 70 acres of outdoor recreation including  Jump Pillow, Spray & Play Park, hiking, fishing and canoeing.

A party room for cake and gifts is also available at all locations. Discounted prices for Y members and community member rates are available. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required.

Celebrate Your Child’s Big Day – the Y Way!

Make your child’s birthday unforgettable with a fun, active, and stress-free party at the YMCA! Our birthday party packages offer a unique, safe, and exciting way to celebrate with friends and family. Whether your child loves swimming, sports, games, or creative play, we have the perfect setup to make their special day truly memorable.

Our Birthday Parties include:

  • Time slot of 2 1/2 hours so there’s plenty of time for play, food, and fun.
  • Party package includes one hour of shared pool for 15 guests and use of a private gym, perfect for cake, presents, and mingling.
  • Tables and chairs provided for up to 30 people; you decorate as you like.
  • Outside food and drinks permitted.
  • The cost is $250 for Y Members and $350 for Non-Members. Additional swim bands may be purchased the day of the party for an additional fee.
  • Other party options are available.  Contact us for more details.
  • Parties offered on select Saturdays and Sundays, some restrictions will apply.

Our Birthday Parties include:

  • 1 hour time in a room adjacent to the pool for food, gifts and fun.
  • 1 hour of private pool time for up to 25 participants with a lifeguard present. Additional guests and pool time can be discussed at the party rates listed below.
  • Tables and chairs provided for up to 25 guests; we can provide table lining or you can decorate as you like.
  • Flexible time slot of 2.5 hours so there’s plenty of time for set up, play, food, and fun.
  • Outside food and drinks permitted.
  • The cost is $65/ hour for Y Members and $85/ hour for Non-Members.
