In a fun learning environment, kids learn the basics of soccer, t-ball, floor hockey and basketball

Sporties for Shorties – ages 3-6

Mondays, June 11-July 30              OR           Wednesdays, June 13-Aug 8   (no class 7/4)

3:15—5:00 p.m.         Ages 3—6.

This Class meets once a week for 8 weeks. This class will offer an introductions to sports and swimming.

Aquatics/Swimming Lessons

Swim Lessons


Parent/Child Water Discovery – Introduces infants & toddlers to the aquatic environment with their parent (6 mos – 3 yrs) 5:00 p.m.

Parent/Child Water Exploration – Focuses on exploring body positions, blowing bubbles, and fundamental safety and aquatic skills with their parent.  (must be able to jump in holding parents hands)  (6 mos – 3 yrs.)  5:00 p.m.

Water Acclimation -Increases comfort with underwater exploration and introduces basic self-rescue skills performed with assistance  PRESCHOOL (ages 3 – 5)  5:30 p.m.; SCHOOL AGE (ages 6-12)  6:30 p.m.

Water Movement – Encourages forward movement in water and basic self-rescue skills performed independently.  PRESCHOOL (ages 3 – 5) 5:30 p.m.;  SCHOOL AGE (ages 6-12) 6:00 p.m.

Water Stamina – Develops intermediate self-rescue skills performed at longer distances than in previous stages.  SCHOOL AGE (ages 6-12) 6:00 p.m.

Members $20/non-members $75 per session

Registration ends July 7 for Session 2

Group Fitness

Functional Water Fitness

This class is designed for  adults who want to improve  activities of daily living.   Exercises range from low to moderate intensity levels.

Water YOGA

Develop your core strength and flexibility with 30 minutes in the water. Meditative movement to enhance stabilization, body awareness, balance, agility and coordination. Relaxation and breathing conclude our class. Bring your Yoga practice to the pool!
