Dance Fitness

Chair Groove: Modified movement that takes place in a chair. Seated classes, when attended regularly can help with muscle strength, balance, flexibility, mental awareness & functioning, mood, and so much more. (Offered ON DEMAND )
Cardio Dance: This is a high energy cardiovascular infused group workout which combines Top-20 music and many current styles of dance. Join in on the fun and energizing calorie burning workout! ALL LEVELS (Offered ON DEMAND )
High Fitness: High Fitness is an old school aerobics workout with a fun modern spin! This no equipment workout class will be the best 1-hour dance party you’ve ever had. Come try the class to see what it’s all about! All levels.
Dance2Fit: This format uses various types of popular hip-hop music to create an aggressive but rewarding full body workout. Dance2Fit takes place in an encouraging and positive environment. ALL LEVELS
Youth Dance Class: This class will focus on the contemporary style of expressive dance that will combine elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Ages 11 and Up.
