WANT TO LEARN SIGN LANGUAGE?
Learn to Sign is a fun, interactive weekly ASL class designed especially for kids! From June 10th through August 19th, participants will explore the basics of American Sign Language through games, movement, and hands-on activities that build communication skills and confidence. This class celebrates inclusion, empathy, and connection while helping kids learn a new way to express themselves and connect with others. One fee covers the entire session so you can attend as your summer schedule allows. Learn to Sign supports kids as they learn, grow, and connect all summer long in a welcoming YMCA environment where every child belongs.

Build confidence, learn a new skill, and connect with others through Learn to Sign at the Eastside YMCA!
Our summer sessions for kids make learning sign language fun, engaging, and age-appropriate. Children can develop communication skills while building friendships in a welcoming environment.
We also offer workshops for adults, providing an opportunity to learn practical sign language skills, connect with others, and create more inclusive communication in everyday life.
Whether your child is just getting started or you’re an adult looking to expand your communication skills, everyone is welcome to learn, grow, and belong at the Eastside YMCA. Join us and discover the joy of learning together!
