Beginner’s Crochet Club – 4 Week Clinic
Get hooked on creativity! In this fun and relaxed 4-week clinic, kids and adults will learn the basics of crochet—from how to hold a hook to stitching simple patterns. Whether they’re brand new or just need a refresher, participants will build confidence, patience, and creative skills while working on their own mini projects. All supplies are provided, and no experience is needed—just a willingness to try something new and have fun!

Join us to express your creativity with a variety of art projects centered around flowers and gardening. We are providing 3 different opportunities for youth and families to bond, create art together, as well as learning about planting from our Master Gardener, Deb Shufran.

Get ready to mix, pour, and create! In this fun, hands-on art class, kids will explore the magic of paint pouring—a colorful technique where no two creations are ever the same. With easy step-by-step guidance, participants will learn how to combine vibrant paints and watch them flow into unique patterns and designs.

This class is perfect for all skill levels—no prior art experience needed! Kids will leave with a one-of-a-kind masterpiece and a big smile.

Vision Board Workshop for Kids is a creative and inspiring experience designed to help kids get excited and confident for the upcoming school year. Through fun activities, guided reflection, and hands-on crafting, kids will create their own vision boards to explore goals, dreams, and positive habits for school and beyond. This workshop encourages self-expression, confidence, and a growth mindset—helping kids start the year feeling motivated, supported, and ready to shine in a welcoming YMCA environment where they are encouraged to dream big and believe in themselves.
