Program for Alzheimer’s and Dementia patients and caregivers.

A diagnosis of Alzheimer’s Disease or Dementia can be life-changing.  Our program, Flex and Reflect, can help people in the early stages of cognitive disorders, and their caregivers, in three areas that may have a positive effect on brain health.

EXERCISE YOUR SPIRIT, EXERCISE YOUR MIND, EXERCISE YOUR BODY!
