Managing The Winter Blues
Is winter a difficult season for you? As the weather changes, we often see increases in depression, anxiety, and family conflict. Our diets change and we may start to gain weight or lose track of our health goals. We may even start to wish away the days until Spring and Summer arrive again.
Join Kaden Anantarow, M.A of The WAY To Healthy Living to explore the impact of the holidays, shortened daylight hours, changes in the weather, and changes in our activities as the seasons progress.
