Whether you’re new to Y360, have been using it for awhile, or have just signed up for your Y membership, there can be a lot to learn on a new app. Join us for an informal help session to help you navigate and get the most our of Y360 app. Sessions will be held at Glenwood, the Eastside and the County Y. Mental Health Talk
The Y recognizes that one’s mental health is equally as important as their physical health. We are very thankful for Jamie Cacchione, Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the VA, coming in to provide vital information about checking in with one’s mental health, as well as the mental health of others.
