Senior Fitness
Senior Fitness is geared toward older adults of all fitness levels. If you have a chronic condition, such as arthritis, you will feel more active and energized, and be surrounded by people who care about your success. Senior Fitness combines three key components of fitness; balance, strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. Your instructor provides individual attention and demonstrates modifications to the program so you can find a level that is perfect for you. We will meet you where you are.
