Football
Our football programs provide athletes of all ages and skill levels the opportunity to learn, play, and grow in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment. From introductory skill-building clinics to leagues and specialized camps, participants develop fundamental offensive and defensive skills such as passing, catching, route running, and defensive positioning while building confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Whether trying football for the first time or continuing to advance their game, our programs focus on player development, positive competition, and a love for the sport.

Did you know? Women’s Flag Football is now an Olympic Sport!
Join us at Dicks Sporting Goods for an evening of skill-building, teamwork, and fun as we grow the game of women’s flag football. Participants will develop fundamental offensive and defensive skills through drills, games, and coached instruction—including passing, route running, catching, and ball handling on offense, as well as flag pulling, defensive positioning, coverage, and agility on defense—making this camp perfect for both beginners and experienced players alike.
Led by Personal Trainer and Coach Mary McDade, who brings over 20 years of experience to the field. Mary played tackle football for 11 years with the Erie Illusion and currently competes in women’s flag football with the Erie Chapter of Alzheimer’s Rivals, where she has played for the past 9 years.
