Tumbling
The YMCA tumbling program embraces the Y’s Mission by creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to become strong, confident gymnasts who are honest, responsible, respectful, and caring friends and teammates.
Preschool Tumbling: Ages 2-5
Introduce your little one to the joy of movement! This fun, nurturing class helps children explore balance, coordination, and basic tumbling skills in a playful setting. Achievement goals vary by age as kids build confidence and celebrate progress at their own pace. Parents are welcome to join until their child feels ready to tumble independently. All you need to bring is water—and a big smile! Each session is a 4-week program.

Preschool Tumbling: Ages 3-6
Introduction to basic tumbling skills and class setting. The goal is to provide strengthening drills to be able to achieve rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, and walkovers. Achievement goals vary with age. Parents may accompany children until confidence is reached. Only thing to bring is water and a smile!
