We have several degreed and non-degreed positions working with kids in classrooms and recreational sites. Flexible hours, few nights or weekends. Free Y membership with 5 hours per week.

Teacher

Use your creativity to plan, develop and implement daily lessons and participate in family events and program activities. This position requires a degree. This position is eligible for a $1000 sign-on bonus after 90-days of employment.

Classroom Assistants

Work alongside the classroom teacher to implement daily lessons and keep the classroom clean and in order. This position does not require a degree. This position is eligible for a $1000 sign-on bonus after 90-days of employment.

Before & After School Counselors/Recreational Specialists

You bring the F-U-N! If you love kids and being active, then this job is for you! This position does not require a degree and is NOT eligible for the $1000 bonus.

Childcare Director & Assistant Directors

Oversee the daily operations of a Child Care Center. Manages, directs and coordinates the daycare and school-age child care programs for assigned location(s). Ensures high-quality programs and establishes new program activities. Expands the program within the community in accordance with strategic and operating plans.
