Camp Sherwin

Camp Sherwin officially opens Memorial Day Weekend and is accepting reservations for the 2023 season. Hall/Pavilion rentals available Saturdays and Sundays only.  Call (814) 774-9416 to book your hall or email [email protected]

There are three different halls/pavilions available for wedding receptions, family reunions, graduation parties, church picnics, company picnics or any other function you may want to host.

HARRINGTON HALL

Harrington Hall holds up to 180 people and has an industrial size kitchen for your caterer’s needs. Inside the hall is a beautiful fireplace and wood floors to add to the atmosphere. Behind the hall is an area where your guests can step outside for fresh air and enjoy the shaded picnic area.  Check out our wedding album. Harrington Hall is open year-round.

DARONE PAVILION

Newly renovated Darone Pavilion is located on beautiful Shaper Pond. This is a great place to hold your event if you would like a little more separation from the daily activity of camp. This facility has recently been renovated and can hold up to 150 people. This facility is an enclosed pavilion with a garage door at the end for easy access to the basketball and volleyball courts. It is equipped with a kitchen including refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave and outlets for your roasters. The restroom facilities are located inside and outside behind the pavilion. It also includes A/C and heat.

DUFFIN PAVILION

Duffin Pavilion is an open air pavilion. This pavilion is located on the bluff and overlooks Lake Erie. It is a smaller facility which holds up to 80 people. It includes a small kitchen with a serving window, a stove, refrigerator, sink, outlets for roasters and a handicap restroom. Duffin Pavilion is situated by the big open field for lots of room to play games or other activities. Did we mention the beautiful view of the lake and gorgeous sunsets!!!

Cancellation Policy:  Halls/Pavilions…If cancellation is made prior to 90 days of the event, you may be eligible for a refund up to 50% of the hall rental.  (NOTE:  There will be no refunds outside of this cancellation policy which includes weather-related cancellations).
