YMCA Camp Sherwin hosts its 3rd annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 30 and we want you to be part of the Easter Egg Hunt action!
Volunteers are needed for a variety of positions including kitchen help, children’s games and crafts, egg “hiders”, parking, registration and more!
This is a terrific opportunity for families, scout troops, youth needing to complete service hours or anyone that wants to be part of this fun, family event.

You’ll have bushels of family fun at our 2nd annual Apple Fest on Saturday, Oct. 20 beginning at 10 a.m.! Themed events and activities for all ages including a “race” around camp, make your own scarecrow station, a haunted trail walk, horse-drawn wagon rides, delicious homemade apple treats,K-9 dog unit, small games of chance, facepainting, magician and bounce house for the kids, music, , Chinese Auction, BINGO and more! Wait one more weekend to put your car in storage – Car Cruise all makes and models at Apple Fest.
Admission to the Apple Fest is free and open to the public. Activities are held throughout the day. Rain or shine. Parking by donation. First 100 cars receive a bag of goodies.

Special Community Pancake Breakfast ($$) from 8 -10 a.m. with the Erie Bayhawks Team Mascot Clutchand Community Lunch ($$) from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. with Erie Seawolves Team Mascot C-Wolf.
Many volunteers are needed to help out with everything from parking cars to flipping pancakes and peeling apples. Check out volunteer opportunities.

Whether you were a camper of yesterday or today, join us for Camp Sherwin’s 100th Reunion! Bring your family along and share generations of memories.
We’ll play camp games old and new including Capture the Flag, Box Hockey, Tether Ball, Tug-of-War, Ring Olevo and more – even have a plane pass over Camp for the famous taffy & peanut drops. A bonfire and camp sing-a-long, complete with storytelling, are sure to spark memories. And, there’s plenty of time to catch up and share!
Stroll Camp’s grounds – maybe you’ll venture down the familiar steps to the beach – or stop by the outdoor chapel for quiet reflection.
Cost is $5/person or $10/family and includes a full picnic and beverages*. Dinner & brief program at 6 p.m. Bonfire at 7 p.m. Reservations are appreciated by calling 452-3263 ext. 402 .

Spring is here and Camp Sherwin opens April 1! The Y shares Camp Sherwin with members and the community. Check out our calendar of events and upcoming programs – including Ballroom Dance, Zumba and Tai Chi. Camp Sherwin also participates in Silver & Fit, a fitness program designed specifically to help seniors achieve better health through regular exercise and health education.
