Youth Co-Ed Indoor Soccer
Youth Indoor Soccer is offered twice a year (Mar-May & Oct-Dec). The goal of the program is for players to learn the basic skills and strategies of soccer; such as: dribbling, passing, shooting, formations, offense/defense, etc.
This class teaches basic mat skills for strength, flexibility and technique including gymnastics and movement education.
Iddy Biddy Sports
In a fun learning environment, qualified staff help kids learn the basics of soccer, t-ball, floor hockey and basketball. Kids are building confidence, having fun and making friends.
Youth Cardio Course
Every youth member must complete this course in order to use the cardio equipment in the wellness center. Classes meet 5:30 - 6:30pm for two weeks
MEMBERS ONLY - Ages 11-14.
Y Music Fun
A time to march, beat the drum and sing. A fun program with parent/child interaction. Exposure to a variety of instruments ans styles of music. Let?s learn the beat and we might even sing. Open to children ages 2 months to 6 years.
Obstacle Interval Training Orientation
